We are looking for 1 Virtual Assitant for  our customer: International  Telecommunications Company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to executives, managing emails, calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Perform research, data collection, and analysis tasks to support decision-making.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documents in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with precision and professionalism.
  • Manage and maintain an updated database of contacts and project-related documentation.
  • Organize and facilitate virtual meetings, ensuring that technology functions properly and necessary minutes are taken.
  • Collaborate with other team members in implementing new tools and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.


  • Graduated or with complete studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any other related fields .
  • At least 3 years of experience as a virtual assistant for Managers or/and Directors.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (both oral and written).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with productivity platforms such as Trello, Kanban, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, adapt quickly to changes, and team worker.
  • Willigness to build a career and grow within the company.
